About Kevin
I am a graduate student studying ancient history and languages at Indiana University in Bloomington. I graduated with a bachelor's in History and Secondary Education, and taught social studies at two different high schools before teaching college undergraduates for IU's Classics Department. For six years I was a summer camp counselor for children between the ages of 3 and 13.

I have taught students at the primary, secondary, and post-secondary level, and enjoy working with all of them! My teaching style is largely student-based: I like to engage students by asking questions and playing games to help them make connections between the lesson and their own experiences. I also think it is important to adjust my instruction based on the strengths and weaknesses of my students, rather than a "one size fits all" approach.
