About Marco
I am a flexible and undestanding tutor and do my best to adapt my lessons and teaching style to the learning strengths of my students. In the last 8 yearsI have supported history, economics, geography and sustainable development students from GCSE through to Masters levels.
I attainted a double first class degree from Cambridge University, receiving the CW Crawley prize for exellence in history. I then went on to study Political Ecology at SOAS, and received the second highest mark in the development studies department for my dissertation.
I now live in Edinburgh where I run a start-up community food project. I miss engaging with academia and the social sciences so I'm keen to start mentoring students more regularly.
