Archana is an excellent yoga teacher. She helped my husband recover and get back on his feet after he broke his leg. Her yoga classes have also been a great help for me, especially after 40, when the body tends to become stiff, by keeping me flexible and active.

I am taking Yoga classes from Archana from more than 5 years now. She really knows what she is teaching and customise the practices as per our need.

I have fallen in love with Yin Yan because of the way she directs to deepen the practices and she really knows to set the right music in the background which will also help as meditation.
