About Jovita
I am a current honor, magnet, and gifted student. I have been gifted since third grade and I have been magnet since 4th grade. I have always had a passion for learning, especially science. I loved learning how the world worked and how life functions on a microscopic level. I have been helping out friends, family, and neighbors with science for as long as I can remember. I began to really enjoy watching people finally understand and learn topics that they once struggled with. I want to spread this satisfaction with as many people as I can.

My method of teaching is a cross with discussional and individual review. This way of learning gives a safe space for open learning as we exchange a two way street of information. This allows the student to voice their thoughts and ask questions. This way I can understand what I need to clarify. This works but is enhanced with individual review. This can be called "homework" per se, but I think of it as a time for the student to really reflect and draw from their current knowledge and apply it to assignments to asses their progress. I think that these two methods are sometimes looked at as two separate teaching techniques, but I think that they work perfectly hand in hand.

Travel farther than 10 miles has an upcharge on $5 ($17 per hour)
Cancellations after 24 hours prior to the session has a $10 fee
Sessions for more than one child at a time is the cost of both (2 children, $26 per hour)
Purchasing bundles gives you a disount on sessions, cancellations for 5 hour bundle is $30, for 10 hour is $60
