About Mzwandile
My name is Mzwandile Mbatha; I am multi-disciplined person, passionate about IT and ICT Profession in general. I am a person with a strong logical ability, a systematic thinking approach, and a high attention to detail that can translate client requirements into software solutions.
My experiences involve (tasks and duties that I can do):
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Auditing of all company PC’s, ensuring company procedures are followed and maintained.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (Remote Desktop support)
• Ensuring that Daily Backups are running smoothly and correctly.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology and SQL support
• System Development and Programming (Mobile Development and Agile Methods)
• Implementing support and facilitate training to users.
