Hi! I'm a recent college graduate in Biology and an incoming medical student. As a student, I was never one to grasp topics quickly; I had to develop unique ways to study and review to ensure things stuck with me. I'm eager to share these strategies with you and watch you succeed!

As one who has used several tutors and taught many topics, I understand the pros/cons of different teaching methods. I feel it is best to understand the student's individual learning style in order to create the best plan possible for them. I typically start my first session with a designated period of time to ask questions about the student; from there a plan can be developed. Typically, I will ask the student if they have specific questions about a topic, or if they want a lecture on the topic as a whole. Following this, I provide sample questions and give the students an opportunity to try things out and make mistakes in order to allow the learning process to occur.
