About Baron
I'm a sophomore at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, studying finance and entrepreneurship, and a proud Lane Tech graduate. Academics have always come naturally to me, but I especially enjoy helping someone else get to that click moment when a concept finally makes sense.
I've spent the last few years working with students of all ages, so I know how to be patient, clear, and encouraging, whether I'm working with a third grader or a high schooler.
Even a single year at a top business school reinforces a high standard of professionalism, and I bring that same discipline to every session by showing up prepared, punctual, and focused on what the student needs.

What sets me apart is having experience with a wide range of abilities and ages. I have experience running summer programs for children aged 7-14 to working as a teacher's aide for an AP class in high school. That range means I can read where a student actually is and adjust to how they learn best, rather than running everyone through the same script.
My approach is the same across all four subjects: find exactly where the student is stuck, then rebuild from that point. Most struggle isn't from effort, it's one missing link earlier in the chain, and I'm good at finding it.
A typical session starts with a few minutes pinning down the real issue, then we work through examples with the student doing most of the talking, so I can hear where the logic breaks. We close with one problem or passage they handle more independently, so we both know it stuck.
