I am a Early Childhood Development Practitioner and Primary Teacher with 10years experience in Education.
Willing to learn further, Team player. To serve people takes Dignity and
Integrity.
Theodore prides on her ability to deliver high quality care and education
to those she teaches. She is very good at creating an atmosphere of
enthusiastic play based learning and putting together an environment
where children are happy, secure and relaxed. Being a superb
communicator means she has no trouble developing effective working
relationship with other Teachers, Principals, school staff and parents.

My teaching philosophy is to focus on building students’ independent study habits. Even when students are engaged in a lesson, I find they often forget essential details because they haven’t learned how to properly review material on their own. I believe helping primary school students learn how to study independently now better prepares them for the demands of middle, high school and college courses.
