About Marina
I studied Buddhism and Psychology of Religion at Leiden University within the bachelor and master degree program World Religions. In addition, I have a practical experience with Vipassana since 2006. I was initiated in this method in a Buddhist monastery in Thailand. At the end of 2019 I started with online lessons in meditation.

The vipassana meditation that I practice is based on the method of Achaan Dhammadharo. The meditation session lasts half an hour. At the beginning I explain the method. Furthermore, there is just meditation. Afterwards I can answer your questions. The session can possibly start with taichiqigong. This is meditation during movement.
