An International Baccalaureate Diploma graduate in Global Politics, Environmental Systems and Societies, and Business Management, Milan is currently studying a Bachelor of Social Science in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Cape Town. For a long time, I disliked school because I struggled to see why what I was studying could be relevant to everyday life. As a result, my teaching approach focuses on giving students who aren't academically inclined a practical context to their work, so that students can 'see the point' of their studies and the benefits education offers to them. I believe that anything is possible through hard work, and I pledge to give students the individual attention and support they need to release their potential and thrive at school.
