About Himavarsha Reddy
I am Himavarsha,International certified yoga trainer, Nutritional Advisor and yoga therapist. I have been practicing yoga for 9 years and teaching for 5 years. I am on a mission to make mental, emotional and physical health better for people around me.
Through yoga therapy I have helped people with depression, anxiety, insomnia and migraine. As a trainer, I will guide you through each movement, encouraging you to embrace the grace within your body and peace within your mind..
Whether you want to lose weight or build strength, increase your flexibility on your body or get rid of lifestyle disorders like thyroid pcos PCOD diabetes hypertension this is the perfect place for you all. I conduct online limited group classes in the mornings. My class emphasizes on improving flexibility, strength and mobility. Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, I adapt to your needs and encourage self-discovery on your yoga journey. Overall, my goal as a yoga teacher is to help students develop a holistic yoga practice that enhances physical well-being, mental clarity, and spiritual growth, all while fostering a sense of community and self-discovery.
