About Vinod
With over 20 years of experience in sports, I am an International Kickboxing Medalist, 8-time National Kickboxing Champion, and a National Certified Coach. I’ve trained athletes who have gone on to become national champions in boxing, kickboxing, MMA, and Muay Thai Kickboxing. My personalized training approach not only helps in mastering the techniques of combat sports but also in achieving your fitness goals, whether it's weight loss or muscle gain. As an ex-army professional, I bring a high level of fitness and discipline to my training, combined with strong management skills and experience. My extensive expertise allows me to tailor training programs that deliver results, empowering individuals to reach their full potential both physically and mentally.

60-80 Minute Martial-Art & Fitness Training Session. Mobility & Flexibility Start with dynamic stretching and mobility exercises to improve flexibility and reduce the risk of injuries during the workout. Warm-Up We'll jump into skipping rope, shadow boxing, and aerobic exercises to get your heart rate up and muscles activated. Fighting Combos & Pad Work Work on powerful kickboxing combinations, improving both technique and conditioning while building strength. Looking forward to training with you soon!
