About Kavi

I teach yoga to get you closer to your intuition. What does that mean? Getting you in touch with what your mind wants, and your body. Often these are different and we force through something that doesn't feel right for us. By creating an intuitive based practice, you can find safety within your body in my classes to create a class that really feels right for you. The space I create has no judgment, but I will encourage you to ask yourself what is holding you back, and whether you need to listen to that or if it is a limiting belief. My classes are a creative combination of powerful and calming all at once. Yoga is indeed a practice which roots from India. I am Indian myself, but raised in the UK. This combination of growing up hearing the mantras, living by the same disciplines that yoga practices, but living in the west and studying cultural anthropology allows me to channel the truth of yoga in a way that works here. See you on the mat!

About the lesson

I teach you to listen to your intuition and take you just out of your comfort zone by discovering your personal limits in your body and mind.
My classes are 1 hour long.
I have taught in 10 different studios in the Netherlands, Istanbul and England.
My classes are for anyone interested in learning about their body and mind through yoga. Suitable for beginners and advanced yogis. Doesn't matter about your age or flexibility!
