About Elisa

I've known yoga in London, the truth? I thought it wasn't for me. Over time I fell in love with it, it changed my life and led me to a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Immediately after finishing my Yoga teacher course I decided to leave the competitive business world following my own path. From there I started teaching in groups both in gyms and in offices, soon I realised that the individual lessons are the ones that satisfied me the most. Based only on a student at times (maybe 2 in case of couples) I could target the lesson on his goals, taking into consideration the physical and energy state so different that we all have. During my 3 years of full time yoga, I travelled to the US, Europe and South Africa offering my passion and making special collaborations with important yoga brands. I have always taught my mother tongue in English and Italian, so I can teach in both languages.

About the lesson

I love creating balanced yoga sequences following the values of Ashtanga Yoga and adding joyful vibrations of Vinyasa. Each class is completely different from the previous ones, always customized to your anatomy and aimed at helping you achieve your goals. The classes will always have elements of relaxation but also "challenges" to help you improve your practice. I am very attentive to the needs of my students and suitable and / or assist students according to the principles of yoga. I teach in Italian and English.
