About Yoga_smiti

Namaskaram, I am Megha Sharma, a certified yoga teacher with more than 5 years of experience in yoga practices. I am giving online/ offline training. I have a degree in
PGDYT( Post Graduation Diploma in Yoga therapy),
YTT 200 Internationally certified by Yoga Alliance,
also pursuing M.A. in yoga and
NDDY(Diploma in Naturopathy and yoga, final year pursuing).
85 hrs Pre and Post natal yoga teacher training.

Having battled through my own health challenges, I understand the struggle firsthand. After recovering from many of my health issues , I could understand the power of yoga and ayurveda . This motivated me to go ahead on this journey as a yoga practitioner and now also as a yoga teacher. That's why my classes are different. They're infused with empathy, understanding, and a profound sense of compassion. Each practice is carefully crafted to honor your body's needs, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi.

●ABOUT PRE NATAL AND POST NATAL

During prenatal sessions, we focus on gentle movements, breathwork, and relaxation techniques tailored to support both you and your baby during this precious time.

Postnatal classes are designed to aid in your recovery, rebuilding strength, relieving tension, and fostering connection with your newborn.
