About Manuela
I am Manu, I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and I have lived in Barcelona for almost 5 years. Yoga appeared in my life little by little, with subtle messages, naturally, until the physical practice was a space that allowed me to discover something new in myself. That's why I started studying Hatha yoga, and I would love to share my experiences and learnings with you. I invite you to discover this experience together.

My classes are aimed at people who want to connect with the movement of the body, stillness in postures and breathing. My base is Hatha yoga, so you will learn postures that allow you to flow, respect your body and your times, and connect with the present moment. I will accompany you in every asana, in every movement so that your experience is very beautiful.
