About Sarah
I'm a sophomore at one of the specialized highschools in New York City! It has a 3% acceptance rate; and the environment just has encouraged me and made me fall in love with learning and enriching my mind. I hope to help your student feel the same.
My favorite book is Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. As much as I like sci-fi, a good romance always touches my heart like no other.
I hope to one day become a dentist, my far cousin owns his own Office and it has always inspired me. I love plants, I have a garden myself.
I am passionate about school, but really, my friends are the reason why it's actually so enjoyable.

I use personalized learning, adapting to each student's needs and learning styles. My favorite is allowing the student to put themselves in the narrative that we BOTH have much to learn from eachother so the student feels capable, on equal standing, and especially comfort with me. Additionally, interactive methods, like Q&A and discussions, to keep lessons engaging. I provide clear explanations, use real-world examples, and encourage critical thinking to deepen understanding.
