I want to teach as I am someone who has been greatly helped, mentally and physically, by science. Understanding how the body functions, and how we as humans can manipulate that function in our favour is the recipe to a happier and healthier life.

I like to make my lessons as simple as possible and break larger topics down into small mini sections.
The typical length of my lessons is 1 hour andI will try and cover as much as possible in that time, providing you understand the information. If not,I have no problems repeating and simplifying topics, as long as you (the student) are satisfied by the end of the lesson.
