About Karen
Vinyasa Yoga teacher, I travel different countries in search of different yoga practices in order to develop my knowledge and share it with you. I made the decisive encounter with yoga 8 years ago, I immediately made the choice to devote myself to this practice and I became a teacher 6 years ago. Since then, I have traveled from country to country, from practice to practice in order to combine my two passions, surfing and yoga. I had the chance to teach with great teachers in India and Asia in order to further develop my knowledge. My practice and my teaching are deep and multiple, I have at heart to transmit with authenticity my experience of Yoga and to accompany my students in the discovery of this ... alchemical practice.
