About Jaspreet
My name is Jaspreet Kaur.
I am a Pre primary Educator, Registered yoga trainer, certified Kids yoga facilitator carrying 22yrs of experience dealing with children.
My aim is to create happy healthy GENERATION ALPHA.
I design the classes including one Unique activity daily which lead to the holistic health of the children. It can be brain gyming bilateral activities, special yoga activity yoga games and many more.
I do take kids yoga classes- online as well as offline. Offline, it is not generally feasible as kids nowadays are engaged in many ways and it is tough to commute. I feel my online classes are equally beneficial as offline, as generally I don't prefer my little yogis watching screen. They understand the process in one or two classes and then are comfortable in getting instructions without watching screen. Also I have brain gyming activities for the kids to enhance their general mental ability. From my 22 years of teaching experience with the kids in various ways, I would suggest you to give it a try and then take your call.
