About Louise
I left my corporate job in Australia in 2012. To follow my heart and my passion and have been working in wellness retreats mostly in SE Asia namely Cambodia, Thailand and India delivering and tailoring individual wellness programs for individuals and guests in Retreat centres. These programs involve yoga, meditation, nutritional advice, detox of the body and mind using the ancient science of Kundalini Yoga and Ayurveda.

One on One teaching and sharing knowledge is my passion.
I have an empathetic and caring nature and love to allow people to open up to their own awareness in a safe and supportive way
I have been studying and teaching kundalini yoga and other styles of yoga and energy healing in Australia, Cambodia, Thailand and India for over 20 years.
Sessions can vary from 1/2 to 2hours depending on individual requests.
All levels and ages are welcome!
