My approach to teaching is to diagnose what really affects the student grades and performance in the classroom. This helps us to approach the problem heads on with a positive attitude and desire for learning overcoming fears. I believe that the learning process is different for everyone therefore developing strategic learning and teaching methods that will shape a bright future .From the start we structure a timetable and study timetable that suits their individual needs.
