About Juan Jose

I am a high performance competitor of Mixed Martial Arts. Brazilian Jiujitsu blue belt, advanced practitioner of Kick Boxing, Boxing and Wrestling. 1 year experience teaching different martial arts classes and functional training for people of all learning levels.

According to the objectives that each user wishes to achieve, I plan a personalized training model. I like to start from the basics and improve the level of each person, adding to the learning of each discipline personal defense and optimal physical conditioning. L
