About Francine
Self-taught artist Coloring book for teens and adults: “Feel Flow and Let Go/ tap in your well- ness Certification in Art therapy from The New School, NYC I have taught many fields in the domain of physical and emotional health. Art has always been one of the modalities I use not only for myself but for others to relax and access more balance and joy in their lives. I taught different age groups, children as well. I am fluent in English and French.

I am a self-taught artist with a degree in art therapy. Art is a way to express our emotions and allows us to relax while doing it. I can teach you to draw from the right side of the brain, which allows us to switch to a new mode of being—being totally immersed in the moment. Being in the moment allows us to relax and reduces anxiety. I can teach you afterward, if willing, to design your own composition and create your own original artwork. I am presently working on a coloring book for teens and adults combined with a guided journal to write inspirational quotes for empowerment.
