My approach is gut feeling, listen to a song or sound. Don’t overthink, be relaxed and fluid. Use your feeling to influence color choices, emotions can often define a piece. Being open in your artwork and allowing yourself to be vulnerable often creates a more well rounded thought provoking creation.
