Namaste I am a well trained, experienced and 3 times RYT 500 certified, Yoga and Meditation Teacher. I help people in healing their body, mind and soul with the technologies of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Kriyas, Mudras and other yoga practices. I also offer Diet and Nutrition, Weight Management plans, Detoxification Techniques for lungs, liver, gut etc. Also providing counseling for Children and Adults. About the lesson

Here you will learn to detoxify your lungs, liver, kidney and maintain your gut microflora with the help of techniques like Asana, Pranayam, Meditation, Kriyas, Mudras, and other yoga practices. You will also learn the secrets of weight management, strength training, rejuvenation secrets, correcting body postures, Fat/mass management with the help of diet and nutrition. I provide online / offline - Personal/Group Trainings. You will learn the techniques of: * Relaxation Yoga * Zero Resistance Yoga * Vinyasa Flow * Ashtanga Yoga * Pranayama * Asana * Mudras * Kriyas * Meditation * Improvement in medical issues ( Joint Pain, Obesity, Diabetes, Thyroid, Sinusitis, Migraine, Asthma, Allergies, Auto Immune Disorders, Genetic Disorders, Lifestyle Diseases etc.) * Strength Training *Immunity Development * Lungs Strengthening * Diet plan * Nutrients * Weight Management * Therapeutic Yoga * Duration - Starting with 3 days a week * Weekdays, Weekend classes * Morning, Evening batches
