About Manna
I am retired banker having more than 40 years of banking experience out of which 20 years in training and development. Being a post graduate in physics and passion for training, I enjoy teaching maths and banking related topics. Have conducted seminars and trainings on banking. Served in India in a nationalised bank for 17 years and there after in UAE for more than 20 years.

My methodology is to start with presentation followed by discussion to clarify the concepts and than mock tests and discussing the right answer to reinforce the learning and measure the learning effectiveness.
