About Thayná

The secret to speak Portuguese fluently is to be in contact every day with the language and the culture of the country. There are many techniques that can be used to improve the fluidity in conversation, writing and listening comprehension.

1) Methodology: My method of learning involves from formal learning with grammar and phonology contents to contact with informal talking, slangs of Brazil, etc. (Applied to all ages and all levels: basic, intermediate and advanced)

* Memorization techniques tested and approved by many people around the world;
* Focus on words that are totally different between languages and "false friends";
*Practical conversation using expressions in Portuguese;

2) Didactic Material:

* Use one of the most used books in the world for the study of Portuguese Language, including the same is used in the Portuguese classes of the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (Lima).

* Videos and popular music from Brazil. (so the student can learn more about the culture and context of the country);

* Videos and audios conversation with a focus on phonology for the development and enhancement of the accent;

* Free access to content created on Youtube and Instagram.

* All materials used are in Portuguese. In order to learn the context and translation, we will be in direct contact with the written part so that you can learn in an intuitive and easy way.

* The classes can use specific topics according to the order of the student.

About the lesson

I'm Thayná, native Portuguese teacher. I have a degree in Geography at the São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP).
After 10 years to learning Spanish by myself I could develop my own methodology based on culture and contextualization. I'd traveling and working in Peru, Ecuador and Colombia where I was able to get to know many students of Portuguese language, in addition to virtual contact with other students, and also applying my method in Portuguese studies.
