Hello,
My name is Iza I am a certified Ayurveda Yoga teacher as well as a Ayurveda specialist. I teach Ayurveda to others in any part of there journey, my focus & commitment is to guide my students the way I have been guided. I love a no pressure class, very patient & kind. I am knowledgeable in each path.

About the lesson

Welcome,
I enjoy sharing the knowledge & education I have received with others. I am here to help you along your journey no matter how far, I specialize in Ayurveda (mindfulness) including meditation, Doshas (the three energies were made of), Chakras, Chair & Restorative Yoga. I offer one on one classes & offer to make special flows for at home for any student. Hope to see you soon!

Isabelle took the time to get to know my desires and goals. At which time she created a class that targeted all my problem areas. Boy did I feel it the next day. But after the second class I noticed an increase in flexibility and strength. Definitely recommend taking one of her classes maybe two.
