About Ingrid

My teaching method is clear, objective and effective. I have taught my students the truth that the practice of Yoga, in the case postures, meditation, breathing, relaxation or intonation of mantras, helps us to know ourselves better and to master the fluctuations of the mind with a constant practice. With much love and respect for my students, I encourage them to be autonomous and independent. To create more strength, to challenge each other, to look more closely, to love each other, to be present with their bodies and minds. I make the necessary adjustments with safety and care, helping to create more body awareness and also self-awareness. Our classes are fun too, to let go and relax, a good laugh is perfect! My intention is to always bring more understanding and experience of the benefits of Yoga, so that you can create your own practice to the point of passing your knowledge forward, because Yoga is for everyone and must be shared! Yoga is so good that a life is little to practice! Namastê.

About the lesson

Hi, my name is Ingrid, I am 26 years old and I have been practicing yoga for 4 years, I have been teaching private lessons for 1 year and I have been working as a volunteer for 1 semester. I have been trained in Hatha Yoga since 2017 and I am currently studying Vinyasa. Hatha taught me to strengthen mind and body, to relax and balance. And Vinyasa has taught me to be more active and willing, has given me energy, and helped to be more present in the now. It is a great discovery in my life, of myself and of what is around me. By becoming healthier, more active, willing, patient, focused and more concerned about the world. Precisely for the good that it does to me, I love passing this knowledge on to everyone I know, because through a solid practice, we really can enjoy an ancient healing philosophy. Let's mark an experimental class ?!
