About Aadarsh

Hi, I'm Aadarsh! I'm an incoming BSc Geography with Social Data Science student at UCL with a passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Having recently completed the IB Diploma myself, I understand the challenges students face when balancing exams, coursework and Internal Assessments. I achieved 40/45 points, including a 7 in Higher Level Geography and a 7 in Higher Level Economics, and was awarded the subject prizes for achieving the highest marks in my cohort in both subjects. I also achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Geography and have developed a strong understanding of the GCSE and A Level Geography specifications, including both AQA and Edexcel exam boards.

Alongside my academic achievements, I received university offers from UCL, LSE, King's College London and Warwick, and was shortlisted for a Cambridge interview. This experience has given me valuable insight into effective study techniques, exam preparation and how to develop the analytical skills needed to excel academically.

Outside of academics, I have experience mentoring younger students and understand that every student learns differently. I tailor each lesson to the individual, providing personalised support that matches their goals, learning style and current level. Whether you are preparing for GCSEs, A Levels or the IB Diploma, I aim to build confidence, strengthen understanding and help students achieve their full potential.

About the lesson

I offer high-quality online tuition in IB Economics and IB Geography for students aiming to achieve the highest grades.

My lessons are designed to go beyond simply covering content. Success in the IB depends on mastering exam technique, analytical thinking and effective revision, so my teaching combines all three.

I tailor every lesson to the individual student, identifying knowledge gaps before creating a structured plan to strengthen understanding. I use official IB-style questions, mark schemes and examiner expectations to ensure students develop the skills required to consistently achieve top marks. I also provide comprehensive support with Internal Assessments (IAs), coursework and essay writing, helping students refine their analysis and use of evidence while ensuring all guidance remains fully compliant with IB academic integrity requirements.

A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes and is delivered online.

My lessons are suitable for IB Diploma students studying Economics or Geography at either Higher Level or Standard Level, whether they are striving for a 7, preparing for mocks, improving their predicted grades or seeking support with their Internal Assessments. My aim is not only to improve grades but also to help students develop confidence and a genuine understanding of the subject.
