My approach to lessons is to • Build a strong relationship with students and learn about their weaknesses but also their strengths • Help students build confidence in subjects they are struggling with by providing tailored tutoring sessions followed by targeted question practice • Utilise my own recent knowledge of exams to help students master exam techniques • Ensure students are comfortable with different types of examination and question styles so they can secure the maximum possible marks in exams • Ignite self-confidence and belief in students
