About Zaine
I am currently a Year 13 student studying in college. I am studying Biology, Chemistry, and Geography.
I think it’s important that students can be taught by someone that is currently in school as well. This is because their tutor can be in the best position to teach them these topics as the tutor has recently learned them themselves.
(If you see a few recommendations from Novado, my brother, please don’t be confused- because he sent in multiple recommendations on accident as the website said there was an error when he tried to submit it a couple of times)

My lessons will be typically 30 minutes to an hour long.
I cater for students in years 7 -13.
My lessons will preferably be over Zoom meetings, but we can meet up in a public area in the afternoons.
My lesson structure:
Before the lesson - set what topic is to be taught and then I will print out the PowerPoint or textbook pages needed for the lesson or send them in an email (if over the internet).
During the lesson - I will start with a Do Now Activity (DNA) to recap over any basic knowledge needed for the topic. I go over the lesson content with questions periodically spread throughout. ( I will not set h/w unless I think the student needs an extra push in the right direction)

Zaine is my big sister and she teaches me two days out of the week. One to teach me content I do not understand from a biology lesson earlier in the week. The other lesson is to do exam questions on the topic I learnt that week.
