Introducing myself to learners in a polite manner will make them to respect me and be willing to work with me, and let them introduce themselves, and their class rap. Warming up before the start of every lesson.
The secret to my teaching philosophy lies in the Learner-teacher relationships. My interpretation of a good teacher is one who is a highly trained student with skills and methods. And, as a person, I approach the learners with the same ability as the instructor. learners achieve stunning results when treated as colleagues.
Every learner brings a specific learning experience, vocabulary and method. As a teacher, for each learner I have to discover each of these attributes, and present knowledge in this sense. Growing group of learners is radically different from all groups; the evolution of their values, community and paths must remain related.
