Paul is a 300 Hour Yoga Teacher, inspired after greatly benefitting from yoga on many levels, from supporting success in his own sporting goals and over-coming chronic back issues. Wishing to share his knowledge and passion for yoga with the wider community.

Catering for all levels with variation and appropriate challenge for all to enjoy.
Mindfully connecting with the breath, listening to the body, focusing on becoming present warming up the body by awakening the spine, core, muscles and internal organs.
Energising, empowering and cleansing the breath, mind, and body through targeted postures throughout the class offering a variety of alternatives as required.
Challenging class on many levels appreciating an opportunity to create an openness through deliberate movement, stretch, tension, release, and relaxation.
