About Shalini

I'm a professional instructor I with diploma in Power and Traditional yoga from Yog Vidya Niketan, Mumbai and S Vyasa, Bangalore,with experience of 6+ years in teaching and 15+ years practicing, trained thoroughly in Vinyasa and Hatha styles of yoga

About the lesson

I start the class with a fun warm up and then some toning exercises, then dive deep into maintaining asanas and finish with a short session of pranayama and meditation, each pattern is different for every class, starting from basics to advanced
