About Katie
I am a Loughborough University student with an aspiration to become a Psychologist. During my childhood I studied at a theatre school and appeared in a range of shows between the ages of 8-17. Previous experience includes working as a drama and singing teacher at the Musical theatre school I attended.
I have good and clear communication, listening, reading and writing skills. I am very positive, bubbly and understanding and will try to help the student in any way I can. I have been described as hardworking, easy to talk to and supportive. Whilst being these things I am also very professional in my teaching; I am organised and will prepare activities for the lessons. My main aim is to encourage the student to enjoy the subject and make their learning easier by letting students feel comfortable to ask questions and for feedback on work.

I am Katie, a Loughborough University student who has completed BTEC Performing Arts (Distinction* grade) and grades 1-6 of Trinity Guildhall exams in Solo Acting with years of experience in acting and theatre.
The first lesson will be around 30 minutes allowing me to assess main focal areas and discuss achievements with the student on what they hope to gain from the lessons. After that initial lesson, you will be able to choose 1 hour/1 hour 30 minutes/ 2 hour lessons which can be done online or in person (please be aware that prices may vary depending on location due to travel expenses).
Available for roughly ages 14-18 years (GCSE/A-LEVEL), other ages will have to contact me beforehand, so I am aware.
