About Aidan
Current 1st Year (soon to be 2nd) Undergraduate studying BSc International Relations and Chinese at LSE.
I have decided to start teaching as I hope to provide assistance in anyway I can, and to ensure that people are able to achieve what they aspire to in the subjects I teach.
During my A-levels, I studied Single Mathematics, History, Government and Politics and AS Further Mathematics as well as writing an EPQ on the Benefits and Consequences of Korean Reunification at the College of Richard Collyer.
In A-Levels, I achieved:
A - Single Mathematics
A - AS Further Mathematics
A* - Government and Politics
A - History
A* - EPQ
My interests generally lie in the area of international politics, especially with regards to China (hence the degree) and its foreign policy as well as domestic policy
Outside of my studies, I am one of two Careers Directors at LSE's United Nations Society, and I also am a correspondent for the Americas for LSE's International Relations Journal - The London Globalist.

Mathematics:
- Before each lesson, contact me with what topic you would like to cover.
- For the lesson, bring questions from your textbook (can send through via sharing screen or cam scanner) - we will work through these, while I will also collect questions which I can locate.
- Each lesson, we will go through such questions, going over aspects which you may find most difficult - then at the start of the next lesson, we will do a small test to ensure you can recall.
History, Politics, etc:
- Contact me with the topic you would like to cover, including any reading from textbooks/articles or such.
- During the lesson, you should find past paper exam questions which we will then work on - creating essay plans which can be memorised.
- At certain points, and if wished, will also conduct a timed mock exam with a question, ensuring that you have enough experience in writing exams in timed conditions as well as encouraging you to memorise the plans.
