I am a yoga instructor and a PhD in Art History, with training and teaching experience in both New York and Madrid. My approach to yoga is practical and personalized, designed to meet the specific needs of each student.

Drawing on principles from Chinese medicine and Ayurveda, I create classes that help improve strength, flexibility, and focus. Classes can be scheduled at flexible times and locations to suit your needs. When possible, I encourage holding sessions outdoors—in one of Madrid’s parks or natural settings—to enhance the experience through a deeper connection with nature.
