• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  Mathematics has always fascinated me because it is logical, structured, and deeply connected to everyday life. My interest grew stronger as I studied higher mathematics and discovered how beautifully concepts are connected. Over time, I developed a real passion for helping students understand mathematics in a simple and meaningful way. I teach Mathematics with a focus on clarity, conceptual understanding, and confidence-building.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  My motivation to teach comes from my own belief that every student can learn mathematics if it is explained in the right way. I chose teaching because I enjoy simplifying difficult ideas and seeing students gain confidence when they understand a topic. I find great satisfaction in helping learners overcome fear and start believing in their own ability.

• How does your work help society?

  Teaching mathematics helps students develop reasoning, discipline, and problem-solving skills that are useful far beyond the classroom. Through my work, I try to make learning accessible and less stressful, especially for students who feel mathematics is difficult. I believe good teaching can create confident learners who are better prepared for academic success and practical decision-making in life.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  I admire teachers who make complex ideas simple and encourage students to think independently. In my work, I try to follow the example of educators who are patient, clear, and student-centered. For me, a true role model is someone who inspires confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  Outside teaching, I enjoy academic reading, problem-solving, and research work. I also spend time developing my dissertation and improving my subject knowledge. These interests keep me engaged with learning and help me bring more depth to my teaching.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  One of the most rewarding experiences in teaching is when a student who once feared mathematics begins to solve problems with confidence and even enjoy the subject. I have seen students move from hesitation to active participation, and that transformation is always meaningful to me. It reminds me that teaching is not only about covering topics, but also about changing the way students feel about learning.
