About Eder
I study Intercultural Management and Communication at Karlshochschule International University, where the subjects are completely taught in English. I have been tutoring and teaching English since 2013, when I was in my last year of high school. I started with students from middle school first, but for a year now I've been teaching adults as well.

My teaching is aimed at students and adults of all levels. I also teach preparatory courses for the IELTS language proficiency exam. Given that I had to sit the exam myself in 2017, I offer some insight and tips to successfully achieve your goals, starting from overcoming anxiety during communication to efficient use of English grammar.
Nonetheless, I put an emphasis on communication so that we can avoid the obsolete method of learning by heart. Usually, I first prepare a short test to find out the language level of the student and the focus of the lesson changes depending on each student.

My rates are fixed, since I only teach classes in Karlsruhe. For online classes the rates are a bit lower, given that I teach in the comfort of my own home and don't have to travel.
