About Marcus
I am a student representative at the University of Manchester with experience teaching and guiding secondary school students. I'm a Biologist with a 39 point IB Diploma, whilst also having highly varied intersts which have lead to my current success. These range from languages, as I am currently studying Japanese, to Circus, through which I have picked up skills both acrobatic and interpersonal.

I teach through theme and discussion. Classes are based in a theme, from which core ideas are taught and expanded upon without rushing through content. Discussion and critical thought are encouraged, such that information is not only memorised, but understood. This also assists students in understanding what they're truly interested in, should they wish to take the subject forwards and specialise.
