I’m a Maths tutor with over 3 years of experience and a BSc in Mathematics and Data Science. I love helping students discover how powerful and practical mathematics can be. A big part of my teaching involves using stochastic processes and Markov chains to explain probabilistic modelling in both finance and biology. These ideas reveal how randomness shapes real-world systems, often in beautiful and surprising ways. I’m especially passionate about teaching random walks and transition probabilities. They open the door to exciting applications like predicting stock market movements or understanding population dynamics. I focus on breaking down these concepts into simple, intuitive steps so students can truly grasp the logic behind them. My strength lies in demystifying complex probabilistic ideas and making quantitative analysis feel natural. Through visual explanations, examples, and simulations, I help students build confidence and curiosity. I want learners to feel empowered, not intimidated.
