About Harshita
I am a dedicated yoga practitioner currently pursuing my Master of Arts (MA) in Yoga. My deep academic study allows me to understand the true science behind every posture, breathing technique, and meditation practice. Yoga completely transformed my own physical health and mental clarity, and now I am incredibly passionate about sharing this life-changing knowledge with others. My ultimate goal is to help you build a healthy daily routine, lose weight, fix your posture, and drastically reduce modern-day stress in a safe, supportive environment.
