I’m a Maths tutor with over 7 years of experience and a MSc in Computational Mathematics. I specialize in helping students from non-STEM backgrounds discover the elegance and relevance of advanced math. My goal is not to overwhelm you with heavy computation, but to help you grasp the underlying concepts and the big ideas behind complex theories.
I use everyday analogies to make abstract concepts relatable. I also share historical stories behind mathematical discoveries, which adds context and brings the subject to life. This approach helps students see math as a meaningful, interconnected discipline rather than a series of disconnected procedures.
Many of my students come from liberal arts and humanities backgrounds, or they may have faced math anxiety in the past. I work closely with them to overcome those barriers and build confidence, step by step. Together, we explore math as a universal language that connects ideas across disciplines.
