About Mela
I have been in the fitness and wellness industry since 1989. Over the years, I have coached, trained, taught nutrition, and numerous different fitness classes. In all of these classes, I have always used Yoga to enhance the experience. Yoga helps us tap into ourselves, and what really makes us tick.... It heals the body from the inside out, and from the bottom up....Yoga has helped me become the best version of myself....

I teach a wide variety levels from beginner to advance. I have clients that range from 82-year-old first-timers to 22-year-old, elite athletes. Yoga is about you and where you are today... I teach students to start looking from within-- to reach the best versions of themselves. Each lesson starts with a warm-up evaluation. We start to align the mind and body with breath, and then start the intention of the practice. Each individual has different needs on any given day, and it is my purpose to help students through any challenges and help them reach their potential.
