About Umar
I’m Umar Dalati, a 2-time Los Angeles Freestyle Soccer Champion, multiple world record holder, and professional freestyle soccer athlete with 13 years of experience mastering the art of ball control, creativity, and technical skill.
My freestyle journey has taken me across 46 U.S. states and 19 countries, performing for audiences around the world and working with some of the biggest brands in entertainment and sports, including Nike, Audi, Hyundai, Marshmello, Captain Morgan, and Cheetos.
I’ve performed in front of tens of thousands of fans at LA Galaxy and LAFC events, appeared in international commercials and music videos, and contributed to content that has generated approximately 500 million views worldwide.
Throughout my career, I’ve learned that freestyle soccer is about much more than impressive tricks. It’s about discipline, creativity, confidence, coordination, and developing an exceptional connection with the ball.
Now, I’m passionate about sharing everything I’ve learned over the past 13 years with the next generation of players. Whether you’re a beginner looking to improve your ball control, a competitive soccer player wanting to sharpen your technical skills, or someone dreaming of becoming a freestyle athlete, I want to help you reach your full potential.
My goal is to bring professional-level freestyle experience into every lesson while making training fun, challenging, and personalized to your abilities.
Train with a champion, build confidence on the ball, and unlock skills you never thought possible!

My lessons focus on helping players develop exceptional ball control, creativity, confidence, and technical skills through freestyle soccer and ball mastery training.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced player looking to take your skills to the next level, each session is tailored to your individual goals and abilities.
We’ll work on essential skills such as first touch, dribbling, coordination, juggling, footwork, freestyle tricks, and advanced ball mastery techniques. My coaching combines fun, challenging exercises with step-by-step instruction to help you improve at your own pace.
I believe that becoming comfortable and confident with the ball is the foundation of becoming a better soccer player. My goal is not only to teach you new skills but also to help you develop your own style, creativity, and confidence on the ball.
What you can expect from my lessons:
* Personalized training based on your skill level and goals
* Freestyle soccer tricks and juggling techniques
* Ball mastery, dribbling, and close control
* Improved coordination, balance, and footwork
* Creative drills and challenges to build confidence
* A positive, motivating, and enjoyable learning environment
Whether you want to improve your performance on the field, learn impressive freestyle tricks, or simply become more comfortable with a soccer ball, my lessons will help you progress while enjoying the process!
