About Saideep
As a seasoned Mechanical Engineer and Senior Quality Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience, I bring a wealth of expertise in project estimation, management, and quality control within diverse infrastructure sectors including structures, bridges, roads, and rail. My career has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of Australian and international quality standards.
Currently, I lead quality management efforts for complex rail projects with Martinus Rail, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other stringent standards. My role involves comprehensive oversight, including conducting audits, managing non-compliances, and ensuring the successful implementation of corrective actions. My background also includes significant experience in steel fabrication and installation, demonstrated through my previous work with Macfab Engineering.
With advanced skills in tools such as AutoCAD, CATIA V5, and TEKLA/Trimble Connect, and a proven track record of effective project management and quality assurance, I am adept at delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines. My educational qualifications, including a Master’s in Business and Project Management and an MBA in International Project Management, further reinforce my capability to drive projects to successful completion while continually improving processes.
