About Eeshita
Hello! My name is Eeshita, and I am passionate about helping students build confidence in mathematics.
I hold a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from VIT University, Vellore. My academic background and professional experience in analytics have strengthened my logical thinking and problem-solving skills, which I bring into my teaching.
My interest in teaching began when I volunteered as a Math and Science teacher for middle school students at an NGO in Vellore. During this time, I designed lesson plans, created worksheets, and helped students understand concepts step by step. Seeing students gain confidence and improve their understanding of math made me realize how rewarding teaching can be.
My goal as a tutor is to help students truly understand math rather than memorize formulas. I focus on explaining concepts clearly, breaking down problems into manageable steps, and helping students build confidence in their abilities.

I introduce new topics using practical, real-life examples to help students connect mathematical concepts to everyday situations. Once the student understands the core idea, I reinforce the concept through guided practice and problem-solving exercises. I then follow up with a quick check for understanding to ensure the student has fully grasped the concept before moving forward.
