About Divya

Hari Om I am Divya Gairola, a professional Yoga Trainer and practitioner. I have done my Masters in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. I am a 500 hrs Certified Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, USA. For me yoga is not just a physical activity, It's beyond that. It works on our physical, mental as well as spiritual level. It's a way to live life. And I am here to help you learn the way to make your life healthy and happy.

About the lesson

I give various kinds of classes from beginner to expert level like Yoga for general fitness Yoga for weight loss Yoga for boosting immunity Yoga for stress management and anxiety Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Meditation practices and much more. I design my classes according to the needs, capabilities, and health conditions of my students. I demonstrate and explain every asana in detail along with their benefits and contraindications. I always motivate my students so that they can perform their best and achieve the desirable goals.
